Admission to Alagappa University's distance learning program is available twice a year, during the calendar year and the academic year. As described below, interested applicants may submit an application either through the direct admission process or through the closest learning centers:

Direct University Admissions Procedure:

Visit the website of Alagappa University.
To download the application form, select the link for the online form and download the PDF version.
Correctly enter the required information for each field.
Application fees must be submitted along with the application.
Attach the necessary documents to the website.

Online Mode Procedure:

Candidates may also visit the university in person in offline mode.
To purchase the application form, submit the application fees.
Application fees for Algappa University must be paid by demand draft made out to "The Director's Office."
The following documents must be enclosed with the application form and attached:
Original HSC, X, Degree, Provisional, or Diploma Certificate, along with a certified copy from a Gazetted Officer
Index card for students that includes a stamp-sized photo and a signature.

For offline mode, applicants also visit the University personally.
Submit the application fees to purchase the application form.
The Algappa University application fees must be submitted through the Demand Draft drawn in the favour of “The Director's office.
Below are the documents required must be attached enclosed along with the application form:
Original HSC or X or Degree or Provisional Certificate or Diploma Certificate and an attested copy by the Gazetted Officer
Student Index Card along with the stamp size photo as well as signature.
Application fee along with Demand Draft.

Application through the Learning Centers:

Applicants can also apply to respective courses by directly visiting the University’s Learning Centers.
In this process, applicants must have to submit two Demand Drafts separately.
One DD will be sent in the favor of The Director's office and the other in favor of the chosen Learning Centre concerned.
