Time Management: Allocate a specific amount of time for each section based on your strengths and weaknesses. Stick to this schedule during the exam to ensure you have time for all sections.

Study Materials: Use official JIPMER study materials, previous year question papers, and recommended textbooks to prepare. They will give you an idea of the types of questions asked.

Mock Examinations: Engaging in a substantial number of mock exams is highly recommended. It grants you a thorough understanding of the exam's digital structure, enhances your speed, and highlights potential areas that require remedial attention.

Wellness Priorities: Uphold a wholesome lifestyle throughout the preparation phase. Ensure ample sleep, consume a balanced diet, and engage in regular physical activity. A fit and vigilant body and mind often outperform in examinations.

Revision: Allocate time for regular revision of what you've studied. It helps reinforce your memory and boosts your confidence.

Maintain Composure: When the day of the examination arrives, ensure you remain poised and concentrated. Practices such as deep breath inhalation and exhalation can assist in lessening nervousness. Should you come across challenging queries, avoid anxiety; instead, proceed further and revisit them when necessary.
