Introduction

Indira Gandhi University Meerpur is a prestigious university established in the year 2013. The University was established through the IGU University Act passed by the Haryana Legislations. It is located in Meerpur Village, Rewari, Haryana, India. It offers a vast range of programmes namely, Arts, Science, Information Technology, Commerce and Humanities and many more. IGU has an environment-friendly campus spread over an area of 100 acres. At present, the university has ten departments providing professional education in different areas. The university pays special emphasis on Co-Curriculum activities such as debates, Festivals, Sports to enable better learning.
