Only thosestudents who qualify for Stage-1will eligible to appear for the Stage-2 exam. Applicants can apply for NTSE 2022 exam through either online or offline mode as per their convenience. The NTSE exam is open for all Indian students as well as for those students who are pursuing education in abroad. NTSE objective to evaluate the abilities of the students in various specific fields like critical thinking, logical reasoning, mathematics, aptitude, science, and social sciences.
There are two papers in the NTSE exam – one is Mental Ability Test (MAT) and other is Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). Both exams are comprise 100 questions and 100 will be total marks for each exam. The time duration of the exam will be 2 hours for each paper.

Selection Process of NTSE Exam 2022
The selection of the NTSE examwill be completely done on the basis of merit-list and will be conducted by i.e. SCERT for the Stage-I and Stage-II for NCERT. The selection process of NTSE will bedepend on the basis of obtained scores by theapplicants in MAT and SAT both.
Applicants who qualify both exam SAT and MAT exam will be shortlisted for the merit list.
