Overview

SSC Stenographer is a national level competitive entrance level exam which is conducted by SSC itself. After clearing all the stages of this exam, applicants can get recruit in multiple Non- Gazetted posts.

Every year, the Staff Selection Commission conducts the SSC Stenographer exam to hire the eligible applicants for various post of Stenographer in multiple departments. Eligibility Criteria of SSC Stenographer 2022 Exam
Grade C applicants should be age between 18 to 30 years.
For Grade D, the age limit between 18 to 27 years. 
There is also age relaxation for reserved category applicants, candidates can check their age relaxation from the official webiste.

Educational Qualifications :
Aspiring applicants must have completed intermediate or 10+2 level of schooling or its equivalent degree from the recognized University or Board.
Applicants who are successfully qualified in the Computer Based Examination as well asin Skill Test will needto required to produce all the required certificates in original such as Provisional Certificates, Mark sheets andother required documents etc. 

Nationality:
Anapplicant must have follow listed below any one following nationalities:
Applicants should have Indian Citizenship
Applicants from Nepal can also apply or
A subject of Bhutan candidates can also apply, or
A person with Indian origin who has permanently transferred from the following countries like Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Uganda, East African countries of Kenya, Zambia, the United Republic of Tanzania, Malawi, etc.

  • Click on the link of SSC Stenographer registration link.

Selection Process of SSC Stenographer 2022 Exam
The selection process of SSC Stenographer post involves two steps:
Stage-I: (CBT) Computer-Based Test- This is also known as online written test and will be conducted in Hindi and English. The total marks will be 200 in which applicants need to give answer multiple-choice questions. Applicants need to clear this stage to appear in the Stage II.
Stage-II: Skill Test- Applicants will be tested in this exam based on their typing speed per minute. To pass this stage, applicants must be able to write at least 100 words per minute. After clear this exam, applicants can go with the next step.
