Delhi CET exam will be organized by the DTTE (Department of Training and Technical Education). It is a state-level exam and offers admission to those students who wish to take admission in Pharmacy, Engineering, Technology, and many other programs. Applicants who want to take admitted to top colleges then must have to qualify for this entrance exam and also need to secure minimum qualifying marks. Eligibility

Applicants can check their eligibility criteria which are prescribed by the authority. The eligibility criteria include national criteria, age limit criteria, and educational criteria. Applicants need to check the below details and eligibility criteria:

Educational Qualification Criteria

  • Applicants must have passed the intermediate exam with at least 35% or 3.5 CGPA from the recognized board or university. 
  • Candidates must have English, Science, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects

Age Limit Criteria

  • The age limit criteria are different for Girls as well as Boys.

Age limit criteria for Boys 26 23 28

 

Physical Fitness Criteria

  • Applicants must be physically fit and they need to submit their medical fitness certificate at the time of admission.

Syllabus

Applicants are advised to go to the website to check the syllabus Delhi CET exam. It consists of 5 tests.
Test 1: This test consists of multiple topics from English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Mathematics as mandatory subjects. Applicants need to complete their 9th and 10th from the recognized board.
Test 2: This test consists of many topics from analytical ability and logic, grammar and comprehension, English and current affairs, in their intermediate level.
Test 3: This consists of many topics from Hindi comprehension including grammar, analytical ability, current affairs, and Hindi comprehension.
Test 4: This consists of many topics from 11th and 12th level subjects from Biology/ Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics.
Test 5: It consist, of applicants who should have studied from class 10th, 11th, and 12th syllabus from Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

Exam Pattern

  • There are multiple choice questions available in the exam
  • The total number of questions is 150 and for pharmacy, the total number of questions are 210
  • The exam will be held through offline mode
  • For the correct answer, 4 marks will be awarded
  • 1 mark will be deducted for a wrong answer

Exam Application Process

To appear in the Delhi CET exam applicants must have to fill out the application form online mode. Applicants need to fill their application form before or on last to submit application form. The application form will be completed in four steps:

  • Registration form
  • Fill the application form
  • Upload scanned photograph and signature
  • Payment of application fee

 

Selection Process of CET DELHI Exam: 

  • The authority will provide the Delhi Polytechnic counseling in the month of August or July. All the applicants will need to complete their registration for counseling. The registration fee for the counseling process will be Rupees 700. In the counseling process, the authority will provide a college or institute.

Cut off of CET DELHI POLYTECHNIC Exam:

  • Once the CET DELHI POLYTECHNIC result declares then cut off will be made available on online mode. The cut-off score is the minimum score of the applicants which they have to obtain to pass the entrance exam to clear the exam. The cut-off list depends on various factors related to the exam.
