Every year, Indian Bank PO recruitment will be conducted for young graduates who are interested to make their career in the banking sector. The recruitment will be done to select applicants to the Probationary Officers (PO) post. After the selected candidates will required to pursue one year PG Diploma course in Banking as well as a Finance course at IBMSB (Indian Bank Manipal School of Banking).

The Indian Bank PO exam eligibility criterion is as set up by the conducting body i.e. IP. Applicants should have to make sure that they must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria before applying for it. 

  • Nationality Criteria
    • Individuals belonging to any of the following nationalities can apply for the Indian Bank PO 2022 exam:
  • Age Limit:
    • The minimum age limit is set as 20 years of age while the upper age limit will be 28 years for the General category.
    • For PWD the age relaxation will be 10 years
    • For ST or SC category applicants the age relaxation will be 5 years
    • For OBC 3 years will be the age relaxation
    • Applicants must have Indian citizenship
    • Ansupplicant from Bhutan or Nepal can also apply
    • A student from Tibetan refugee, who has moved to India intending to stay here permanently can also apply
