Exam Application Process

Candidates who wish to apply for the IBPS RRB exam then they need to follow some steps:

  • Step One: Aspirants need to click on the official website of IBPS RRB.
  • Step Two: Applicants can apply for the official Scale I and for this, they need to click on the first link. Aspirants who want to apply for the Officer Scale-II and III then they are required to the second link. Candidates who want to apply for the office assistant post then they need to click on the third link on the official website.
  • Step Three: Applicants need to read all the instructions which are provided by the IBPS board before to apply any of the three exams.
  • Step Four: In the fourth step, aspirants need to click on the New Registration link, and the link is available at the top right side of the website page.
  • Step Five: Register yourself to fill out the application form and fill in all the required information. After filling in all the requirements, the candidate has to click on the save button and submit the application.
  • Step Six: In this step, applicants are required to upload their signature and photograph in the required format. The photograph and signature must be clear and the size of the photograph is 4.5cm*3.5cm. The file size of the signature must be between 10 KB to 20 KB. And, the file size of the photograph is between 20 KB to 50 KB.
  • Step Seven: After uploading the photograph and signature, click on the Next button.
  • Step Eight: Preview the application form before submitting it. In case any candidate finds any error then they edit the information. Once the form will be submitted then-candidate doesn’t need to allow to make any type of changes to their application form.
  • Step Nine: Applicants have to select the payment method. All the payments will be done through the online medium so the candidate must have to pay their application fee through the Net banking/ Credit or Debit card.

Aspirants who want to appear for the IBPS exam, then they first need to fill out the application form on the IBPS official website. The application fee is Rupees 850 for the general category candidates and Rupees 175 for the ST/ SC/ PWD category candidates.

Admit Card

There are different types of admit cards released by the IBPS for the preliminary and mains exams. Candidate can download their admit card on the official website. For download, the IBPS application form candidate needs to enter their registration number and password. Candidates must have to take the printout of their to admit card because the hard copy of the IBPS will not be sent to the candidates.

  • Entrance Exam: The IBPS preliminary and main entrance exams are held via online mode across the various cities in multiple shifts.
