Eligibility

JUEE Eligibility varies depending on the programme given by Jagannath University. As a result, the qualifying conditions for every B.Tech. courses will differ. However, the following are some general information of the qualifying criteria for various courses: -

  • Candidates applying for any undergraduate programme must have at least 45% marks in Class 12th 
  • If a candidate is applying for a PG course, they must have at least 50% marks in their graduation.
  • Candidates applying for the Doctorate programme must have at least a 55 per cent post-graduate grade point average.
  • For some Courses, the University may require additional certifications. For example, an applicant for a B.Arch. programme must be NATA certified.​​​​​​​

JUEE follows the same curriculum as the CBSE 11th and 12th-grade syllabus in all three courses (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics). Exam Pattern

The grading method and section allocation for the Jagannath University Entrance Exam Pattern is quite simple.

Exam Application Process

Candidates can submit their applications both online and offline.

Steps to Apply Online:

  • Candidates must visit the website and look for the admissions tab.
  • Under the admissions page, select the "Apply Online" option and complete an online application form.
  • Fill out the application for the program to which you want to be admitted.
  • Only JPG/JPEG file formats should be used to upload your photos.
  • Candidates must provide personal information such as their name, gender, father's name, category, DOB, and nationality.
  • Now provide contact information, which includes their email address, cell phone number, and address and then their qualification information for 10th, 12th, graduation, and postgraduate studies.
  • After filling out all of the required information, candidates must pay the application costs by clicking on the "Proceed to pay" button at the bottom of the application form.

 

Steps to Apply Offline:

  • If candidates can use the "Download Form" option under the admissions button on the home page of website. Candidates must complete up the form and return it to Jagannath University together with a DD (demand draught) for the application costs before the deadline.

Selection Process:

  • For final selection, the selected candidates will be asked to attend a group discussion and a personal interview. Candidates that meet the minimal cut-off will be invited. Counseling will be conducted in accordance with the ranking. The candidates will be informed of the whole schedule of the counseling. The ultimate decision is made based on the candidate's overall performance.

  • The cut-off list is made available online by the exam's administrators. Furthermore, the cut-off marks changes depending on the course and category.

    • The highest and lowest marks obtained

Exam Center

  • The Jagannath University Entrance Examination will be held at two different locations. JUEE exam centres are located on the University's Jaipur and Delhi campuses. Candidates may choose their preferred centre on the application form. Under no circumstances may an exam centre be modified after it has been assigned to a candidate. Candidates must bring the University's JUEE admission card, as well as a government ID, to the exam centre.
     

Admit Card

  • JUEE Admit Card are available to download one week before exam day. The admission card will be available on the website. In any event, it will be impossible to enter the test venue without an Admit Card.
  • Candidates will need their Registration Number as a User ID and their DOB as a Password to download their JUEE admission card. According to JUEE Regulations, a candidate will be authorised to enter the test venue for the purpose of taking the exam only after presenting a valid Admit Card.
  • In the event of a problem in the admission card, applicants must go to the office with ID evidence and a copy of their papers.
