Admission

TIET provides academic programs including UG/PG degrees, and Integrated BE-MBA degrees at the postgraduate level, and Ph.D. degrees at the doctoral level. Admissions are offered online at the University.

Steps to Apply Online:

  • Go to the website of TIET to apply for admission.
  • Select the Application form and register yourself with a user id or password.
  • Fill the form properly by following the instructions given at the website.
  • Once the application form is completed, submit it.
  • Take the printout of the same as it is required during document verification at the time of counselling.
  • The fee will be paid by Demand Draft, and the application form, along with the DD, should be mailed to the university.

Deadline for B.E. / B.Tech. (w/ Late Fee) 2nd Aug., 2022 /12th Aug., 2022
M.Tech. / M.E. Counselling 9th August, 2022
Admit Card Distribution for Ph.D. 16th August, 2022
Ph.D. Entrance exam 17th August, 2022

Eligibility Criteria of TIET DE

Courses Eligibility Criteria
B.Sc. / B.A. / B.Com./ BBA 10+2 or similar in a relevant field with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST)
B.Tech. 10+2 with Mathematics/Biology, Chemistry, Physics with at least 70% marks (65% for SC/ST) along with NEET
B.E. 10+2 with Mathematics/Biology, Chemistry, Physics with at least 70% marks (65% for SC/ST) along with JEE
M.Tech./ ME BE / B.Tech. in relevant field with at least 60% marks along with GATE
MBA  Graduation in relevant field with at least 50% marks along with XAT / MAT/GRE/ CAT/ GMAT /CMAT/ NMAT / THAPAR Entrance Test
M.Sc. / MCA Graduation in relevant field with at least 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST)
Ph.D. Post-graduation in relevant field with at least 55% marks along with XAT / CSIR NET/ WAT/ NMAT/ GRE/ UGC NET/ GATE /GMAT /JRF /CAT
MA Graduation in relevant field with at least 50% marks
