Admission

Follow the given online and offline procedure for the SGT University, Gurgaon:-

Documents Required

  • Mark sheet and passing certificate of both the 10 and 12th standard
  • Transfer certificate
  • Character certificate
  • Migration certificate
  • Caste certificate
  • Passport size photo
  • Graduation degree
  • Income Certificate
  • Birth certificate
  • Aadhar card


Online Method of Registration 

  • The candidates who want to take admission need to visit the official website of the institute. 
  • Here, the candidates need to go to the admission page where they can click on the “Application form”
  • Now the candidates are asked to click on ‘fill the form – Link’
  • The candidate should fill up all the details carefully as mentioned in the application form 
  • Now the candidate is asked to click on submit for the submission of the form.
  • The candidates need to pay the application fee via Net banking/ Credit card/ Debit card.
  • You should now take the printout of the application form.


Offline Method of Registration

  • Go to the official website
  • Now the candidates need to download the application form from the website
  • Now you can start filling the application form with all the required credentials carefully
  • The candidate needs to attach all the required documents carefully with the application form
  • Now the candidates have to pay the application fee via Offline mode by Demand Draft drawn in favor of “SGT University”.
  • At last, submit the hard copy of the duly filled application form via Speed post or registered postal address
     

 

Eligibility Criteria:

Courses ELIGIBILITY
Undergraduate Course
B.Tech The applicant should be 12th passed with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks from a recognized board
B.Pharm (General) The applicant should be 12th passed out with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology along with English as one of the compulsory subjects and the age of the candidate should be at least 17 years old.
D.Pharm
GNM The applicant should be 12th passed with a minimum of 40% aggregate marks from a recognized board
B.Sc (Nursing) The applicant should be 12th passed out with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology along with English as one of the compulsory subjects and the age of the candidate should be at least 17 years old.
B.Sc (Post Basic Nursing) 10+2 passed out along with PCB with diploma in GNM and registered as R.N.R.M
Nurse Practitioner in Critical Care The applicant should be registered with B.Sc Nurse from an Institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council with an aggregate of 55% marks and with a minimum of one-year clinical experience
B.Sc (Medical) The applicant should be 10+2 passed out with a minimum of 50% aggregate in best 5 subjects
B.Sc (Medical Lateral Entry) Diploma in the relevant stream after class 12 or three years diploma after class 10
BPT  The applicant should be 12th passed out with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology along with English as one of the compulsory subjects and the age of the candidate should be at least 17 years old.
BNYS
B.Optom (Bachelor of Optometry)
B.Optom (Lateral Entry) The candidate should have a diploma in optometry after 10+2
BAMS The applicant should be 10+2 passed out with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and the age should be at least 17 years
BASLP The applicant should be 12th passed out with Physics/ Chemistry/ Biology and any one of Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Electronics, Psychology subject) with a minimum of 50% aggregate
Diploma The applicant should be 10+2 passed out with a minimum of 50% aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology with English as one of the compulsory subjects 
BCA The candidate should be 12 passed out
B.Com The applicant should be 12th passed out with an aggregate of 40% marks
B.Com (H) The applicant should be 12th passed out with an aggregate of 50% marks
BBA The applicant should be 12th passed out with an aggregate of 40% marks
BA The aspirants should be 12th passed out with a minimum of 40% aggregate marks
BA (H) The aspirants should be 12th passed out with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks
B.Sc  The candidate should be 10+2 passed out along with PCM with a minimum of 45% aggregate
B.Sc (H) The applicant should be 10+2 passed out with a minimum of 45% aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology with English as one of the compulsory subjects 
Forensic Science The applicant should be 10+2 passed out with a minimum of 50% aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology with English as one of the compulsory subjects 
BA LLB The applicant should be 10+2 passed out with 45% aggregate
BBA LLB
B.Des The applicant should be 10+2 passed out with 40% aggregate
BHM 
B.Ed Should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate in Science/ Social Science/ Humanities
Bachelor in Audiology and Speech  The applicant should be 10+2 passed out with a minimum of 50% aggregate in Physics/ Chemistry/ Biology and any of Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Electronics and Psychology
LLB Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 45% aggregate
Post Graduate Courses
MCA Applicants should have passed BCA with a minimum of 50% aggregate or graduate with any disciplines with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the compulsory subjects
M.Tech must have passed B.E/ B.Tech with a minimum of 50% aggregate 
MBA Applicant must be graduated with a minimum of 50% aggregate

LLM LLB from a recognized institute
M.Ed B.Ed/ BA B.Ed/ B.Sc B.Ed/ B.EI.Ed./ D.EI.Ed with a minimum of 50% aggregate 
M.Des The applicant should have any Fashion Design/ Textile/ Craft etc with a minimum of 50% aggregate or any degree with fashion related diploma with a minimum of 50% aggregate along with 5 years of work experience
Master of Hotel Management Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 45% aggregate
MSW Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate
M.Pharm The applicant must have completed B.Pharm with at least 60% aggregate mark
M.Sc (Nursing) B. Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 55% marks
M.Sc (Medical) B.Sc or equivalent degree
M.Optom The applicants should have completed B.Optom with a minimum of 50% aggregate
MPT The applicants should have completed BPT with a minimum of 50% aggregate
MDS The applicants should have completed BDS with a minimum of 50% aggregate
MD The applicants should have completed MBBS
MS
PG Diploma The applicant should have a minimum of 50% aggregate mark in the relevant stream
Doctoral Course
