Introduction

Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Dharwad is a not-for-profit, Public-private- partnership model laid up by the MHRD, Government of India.  The institute is located at the Dharwad district of Karnataka, India and was established in 2015. The partners in this establishment were the Government of India, the Government of Karnataka and Industrial partner Comics. In the year 2017, the Institute has been granted the status of “an Institute of National Importance”. In a very short span of 4 years, the institute has enhanced its outside collaboration and academic progress making it one of the best institutes for technical education in India.
