Introduction

Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology (NMIT) was established in the year 2001 at Bangalore. It is the youngest institute to get an autonomous status. It has been accredited by NBA, UGC, AICTE and NAAC with A grade. It has been affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU). NMIT has been funded by World Bank for its developmental programmes. The institute is known to offer undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral and diploma courses to the students in various basic and technical disciples. The college is known for its placements as well. It also facilitates its students with all the necessities required during the learning like library, labs and many more.
