JEE Main 2022: Admit Card expected soon for Session 1

The Joint Entrance Examination Main is an undergraduate entrance examination that takes place in India for admission to premier engineering institutions. It is expected that the National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the admit card for 1st session on the official website on June 15, 2022. The JEE Main Exam will be conducted from June 20 to 29, 2022.

The admit card will contain information including the exam centre name along with address with exam day instructions. The applicants should read all the details carefully once they have downloaded the admit card.

How to download JEE Main 2022 Admit Card for Session 1?

Given below are the steps to download JEE Main 2022 Admit Card for Session 1:-

  • Firstly, you need to go to the official website of JEE Main.
  • Now you need to click on the option showing admit card for 1st session.
  • The candidate needs to log in with all their details to get the JEE Main 2022 admit card.
  • Now the candidates can download the admit card and take a printout for future reference.


JEE Main 2022 Exam Pattern

  • Mode: The mode of exam for JEE Main 2022 will be an online computer-based test mode.
  • Language: The exam for JEE Main 2022 will be conducted in various languages that is Hindi, English, Gujarati, Kannada, Punjabi, Urdu, Malayalam, Bengali, Assamese, Marathi, Odia, Tamil, and Telugu.
  • Question Paper: The exam for JEE Main 2022 exam will be conducted in two papers that is Paper I for B.E/ B.Tech and Paper II for B.Arch and B.Planning.
  • Time Duration: The candidates will get total 3hrs to complete their exam (PWD candidates will be given 1 hour extra for the completion of the exam)
  • Questions: The paper will consist of a total of 90 questions in Paper I and 82 questions in Paper IIA (B.Arch) and 105 questions in Paper IIB (B.Planning).
  • Type of Questions: There will be objective type of questions
  • Marking Scheme: For every correct answer, the candidate will be awarded a +4 marks. On the other hand, 1 mark will be deducted for a wrong answer. Now, there will be negative marking in Section B also, which means for every wrong answer 1 mark will be deducted.
