Management Aptitude Test is also known as MAT and it is a national level exam. The exam is conducted by the AIMA(All India Management Association). MAT Exam offer admissions in MBA as well as PGDM programs. Candidates who want to study management education or pursue MBA then they can appear in this MAT exam. 

It is a very popular and well-known entrance test which is held four times in a year i.e. February, May, September, and December. Eligibility

  • There is no upper age limit criteria to fill the MAT application form. 
  • Applicants must have to complete at least a graduation degree in any discipline from any recognized University. 
  • Applicants who in their final year of UG programs, then they can also apply
  • There is no minimum percentage required in graduation for appearing in the MAT exam. However, the admissions into colleges, applicants will be required to obtain at least minimum percentage and that may varies from college to college.

Exam Pattern

  • The exam will be conducted into three modes PBT, CBT, and IBT
  • The exam paper available in only English language
  • The time duration of the exam will be 2 hours 30 minutes
  • There are 150 questions will be asked
  • There are five sections in the question paper
  • In each section, there will be 40 questions

Exam Application Process

  • The registration process of MAT exam will be held through online and offline mode.

Registration Fees of MAT Exam:

  • The registration fees of will be rupees 1650 and can be payable through offline as well as online mode
  • Applicants can also submit their registration fees by cash at the AIMA exam centers

 

Selection Process of MAT Exam:

  • The selection process of MAT exam will be based on the obtained marks in the exam. Applicants need to clear each section in the question paper. Once the candidate selected then he or she will be able to get admission in the MBA or PGDM program in their respective college.
