The Delhi government will give free preliminary instructing to entrance tests like NEET and JEE to its understudies ready to make their profession in the field of engineering, medical and other specialized fields, authorities said on Wednesday. The Directorate of Education (DoE) has marked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with 'Avanti Fellows' to plan students for the entrance tests.
"In the primary year of the program, 6,000 offspring of classes 11-12 chosen from Delhi government schools will be given free training to the readiness of different placement tests, through test series, important scholastic help for these assessments and ordinary tutoring during planning," Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said.
"Prior, this free coaching program was presented in a couple of schools, on a pilot premise, and the outcomes were fantastic. In excess of 160 young ladies from SC and ST classifications are getting free training for NEET by specialists, under this program," he added.
NEET is considered as a medical entrance exam for those who wishes to enroll for government and top-ranked private medical colleges. JEE processes are similar as NEET but in JEE students apply for engineering and technical courses. Lakh of student every year apply for these entrance exams, through the course students find the gateway to the top-ranked medical and engineering colleges.
Students have to follow the process of admission decided by the officials, which are necessary throughout the process of admission.
Mr Sisodia, who is likewise the Delhi education minister, said numerous youngsters dream about getting advanced education from the best medical or engineering institutions to become specialists and engineers.
