TS PGECET is a state-level entrance exam. The full form of the TS PGECET exam is Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test. This exam is organized by the Osmania University on the behalf of the TSCHE i.e. Telangana State Council of Higher Education. Nationality Aspirants must be citizen of India
Qualification  Aspirants must have to hold at least a bachelor’s degree with aggregate of 50% marks for general category candidates and 45% for reserved categories.

Exam Application Process

The step by step process for registration process of TS PGECET exam is given below:

  • Aspirants first need to visit the website of TS PGECET and click on the apply online option
  • Go to the Application form link to fill out the TS PGECET form
  • Fill other information in the field of the application form and pay the application fee 
  • Aspirants then need to pay their application fee through online modes like credit or debit card, net banking, or Maestro, Master Card or Visa cards.
  • Upload the documents and submit the application form

 

Registration Fee of TS PGECET Exam:

  • For general categories, the TS PGECET application fee will be Rupees 1000 per person
  • For reserved category applicants such as ST/ PH/ SC, the application fee will be Rupees 500

 

Selection Process of TS PGECET Exam:

  • The TS PGECET exam selection process will be based on obtained marks by the applicants. All the candidates must have to appear in the exam and clear it
  • Once the result is declared by the authority then applicants need to appear in the counseling process
  • There will be separate counseling process for GPAT/ GATE qualified applicants
  • The seat allotment will be done on the basis of choice filled by the applicants

 

Cut off of the TS PGECET Exam:

  • The cut-off TS PGECET will release category-wise and college-wise. To check the cut-off, candidates need to visit the website. The cut-off will be released by each institute separately.
  • The cut-off criteria for General category applicants will be 25%
  • There is no minimum score required for the reserved category candidates, they only need to secure under 30.
