Selection Process
TNTET is a test that is used to verify the eligibility of applicants who want to work as teachers in government schools in Tamil Nadu. There are two sections of the exam: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is for students taking the primary level exam, whereas paper 2 is for those taking the upper primary level exam. Candidates must mark their answers on the OMR sheet with a black or blue ball-point pen in order to pass the exam. The questions will be in an objective or multiple-choice format, with candidates having to choose one of four options. Each paper is 3 hours long in total.
