Jagannath University Entrance Examination

Eligibility

JUEE Eligibility varies depending on the programme given by Jagannath University. As a result, the qualifying conditions for every B.Tech. courses will differ. However, the following are some general information of the qualifying criteria for various courses: -

  • Candidates applying for any undergraduate programme must have at least 45% marks in Class 12th 
  • If a candidate is applying for a PG course, they must have at least 50% marks in their graduation.
  • Candidates applying for the Doctorate programme must have at least a 55 per cent post-graduate grade point average.
  • For some Courses, the University may require additional certifications. For example, an applicant for a B.Arch. programme must be NATA certified.​​​​​​​
B.Tech 10+2 with at least 45% marks (Physics, Maths and any other subject allowed by CBSE)
B.Com./ BCA / BBA / B.Sc. (PCM)  10+2 or similar with 50% marks from a recognised board
B.Sc Agriculture 10+2 with 50% marks in Biology, Maths & Agriculture
B.Ed. Graduation or PG degree
B.Arch 10+2 with Maths
B.Plan. 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Maths
B.A. (Journalism and Mass Communication) 10+2 or similar from an acknowledged board
BA-LLB/ BCA-MCA/ BBA-LLB 10+2 with atleast 45% marks
B.Tech. - M.Tech. / B.Tech-MBA 10+2 with PCM or any other subject allowed by CBSE with 45% marks
M.Tech for Working Professionals Graduation degree with at least 50% marks
MCA Graduation with Maths at 10+2 / BCA at 10+2 
M.Sc (Maths) Graduation in Mathematics with at least 50% marks
M.Sc (Agriculture) Graduation in B.Sc Agriculture with at least 55% marks
MBA (Finance, Marketing,  HRM and IT) Graduation in any discipline
M.Com B.Com
LLM  BALLB/ LLB/ BBALLB or similar degree
M.Plan B.Arch. or similar degree with 50% marks
MA Journalism and Mass Communication Graduate in any discipline
