JEE Main Session 2: Registration begins

The registration process has been started by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for the JEE Main 2022 Session 2. The registration process for JEE Main Session 2 has been started on June 1. The last date for the registration process for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2022 Session 2 is June 30, 2022, till 9 pm.

The candidates who are interested and are eligible to apply for JEE Main 2022 Session 2 can apply online through the official website. JEE Main exam is a national-level exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

As per the official notice issued by NTA the candidates who have already applied for Session 1 and have successfully paid for JEE Main 2022 Session 1 and want to appear for session 2 need to log in with their previous application number and password as provided in Session 1. The candidates just need to choose the paper, medium of the examination, and cities for Session 2 and have to pay the examination fees. The candidates who have not applied earlier need to apply afresh registration form as per the schedule.

How to apply for JEE Main 2022 session 2:

Firstly the candidate should visit the official website
Now the aspirants should themselves from the tab showing - “New Registration”
Now you will get the JEE Main Registration Form
Here, the candidates need to fill in all the required credentials and upload scanned documents
Now you need to pay the JEE Main 2022 exam registration fee
Finally, you can submit the JEE Main Application Form
The candidate should save and download the application form for future reference.

The JEE Main session 2 examinations will be conducted from July 21 to July 30, 2022.

High School and Intermediate Mark Sheets

JEE Main 2022 Exam Pattern:

Mode: JEE Main 2022 Session 2 paper will be conducted in an online computer-based test mode.
Language: JEE Main 2022 Session 2 test will be conducted in various languages Hindi, English, Gujarati, Kannada, Punjabi, Urdu, Malayalam, Bengali, Assamese, Marathi, Odia, Tamil, and Telugu.
Question Paper: The JEE Main 2022 Session 2 test will be conducted in two papers. The Paper I for B.E/ B.Tech and Paper II for B.Arch and B.Planning.
Time Duration: The aspirants will get a total of 3 hrs to complete the test (PWD candidates will be given 1 hour extra to complete the test)
Questions: JEE Main 2022 Session 2 consists of a total of 90 questions in Paper I (B.E/ B.Tech). Whereas, 82 questions in Paper IIA (B.Arch) and 105 questions in Paper IIB (B.Planning).
Type of Questions: JEE Main 2022 Session 2 examination will be conducted in the objective type of questions format.
Marking Scheme: The students will get +4 marks for every correct answer and for every wrong answer 1 mark will be deducted. Hence, from this year, there will be a negative marking in Section B also. So, 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer given in Section B
