IISc Bangalore Application Process Begins

The Indian Institute of Science Bangalore has started the registration process. The institute has started the process for the bachelor’s degree which is B.Tech in Mathematics and Computing. The applicants can apply for the program till August 30, 2022. The applicant who is interested in taking admission and is eligible can apply online through the official website.

 

As per the notice issued the candidates who are interested need to log in and update their application form within 48 hours of the declaration of JEE Advanced ranks.

Indian Institute of Science Bangalore application process:

  • The applicants who want to take admission need to visit the official website of the IISc Bangalore. 
  • After visiting the official website they need to go to the admission section where they can click on the “Application form”
  • Here, you will be asked to click on the link that reads ‘Apply to Under-Graduate B.Tech. Program’
  • The candidates need to click on apply and fill in all the required details including Email ID, application number, and captcha
  • The aspirants need to fill up the application form carefully with all the details mentioned on the form 
  • Now the candidate is asked to click on submit option
  • Here, the candidates need to pay the application fee via Net banking/ Credit card/ Debit card.
  • Now print out the application form for further reference

 

Eligibility criteria for the Indian Institute of Science Bangalore

  • Education qualification: The applicants must be 12th passed out from a recognized board with the following subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, a language, and any other subject than these four. 
  • Age limit: There is no age limit for the examination. 

 

Application fees for the Indian Institute of Science Bangalore

  • The applicants who belong to the general/ OBC/ EWS category need to pay Rs.800 as the application fee.
  • The applicants who belong to SC/ ST/ PWD have to pay Rs. 400 as the application fee
  • The application fee for ERP candidates is Rs. 2000. 
  • The payment can be done using a debit card/ credit card/ internet banking.
