Admission

Follow the given online admission procedure for the National Institute of Technology Surathkal:-

Required Documents:

  • Class 10th Mark sheet
  • Class 12th Mark sheet
  • Graduation Mark sheet
  • DOB - Date of Birth Certificate
  • Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC as per prescribed format (if required) issued by the Competent Authority
  • EWS Category Certificate (if required) which has to be issued by the Competent Authority
  • PWD Certificate (if required)
  • Transfer Certificate 
  • Conduct Certificate
  • Migration Certificate from the university
  • Medical Certificate
  • Copy of Aadhar Card for the ID proof
  • Two recent Passport Size Photographs

 

Online Mode

  • Steps 1 - Registration 
    • Firstly go to the NITK Surathkal website 
    • Now you have to do online registration with the portal to get NITK Surathkal application form
  • Steps 2 - Form Filling
    • Now you have to log in with the registered credentials on the NITKS online portal
    • After successful login, you will be redirected to a new page from where you can start filling the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal application form
  • Steps 3 – Upload Documents
    • You will be redirected to a new page where you have to upload all the necessary documents in the accepted format in the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal form
  • Steps 4 – Fee
    • After that pay the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal application fee (for OC/OBC/EWS category candidates is Rs. 600/- and for SC/ST/ PWD category candidates is Rs. 150/-) via online mode by using Credit Card, Debit Card/Net-Banking/ UPI/ PAYTM.
    • You will have to submit the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal application form 
    • After completing all the above steps take a printout for the further reference

B.Tech – complete and passed in higher secondary class with minimum aggregate marks from a reputed Board

National Institute of Technology Karnataka, PG Programs Eligibility Criteria:

M.Tech – pass and clear your gradation in B.Tech degree with minimum aggregate marks in relevant subject from a recognized university 
MBA – pass and clear your gradation degree with minimum aggregate marks in relevant subject from a recognized university
M.Sc. – pass and clear your gradation in B.Sc degree with minimum aggregate marks in relevant subject from a recognized university
MCA – pass and clear your gradation in BCA degree with minimum aggregate marks in relevant subject from a recognized university
