Introduction

Founded in Sardarshahar, in rural desolate desert area, the Gandhi Vidya Mandir is a parent organization of the Institute of Advanced Studies in Education (Deemed to be University). From its humble beginnings with a handful of scholars, the school has grown into a massive tree that now provides education ranging from primary to post-doctoral levels. It has been through many ups and downs before emerging as a public university in 2002, when it received legal recognition as a Deemed to be University under Section 3 of the UGC Act 1956. Today, the university is a thriving centre for research and academics, embracing its roots as a value-based institution.

The Deemed to be University provides a wide range of UG and PG courses in Education, Engineering and Technology, and Humanities and Social Sciences. It is spread out over 1,000 acres and houses a library, post office, hostels, guest house, healthcare centre, equipped laboratory, sports and leisure facility, and ATM. The NAAC has awarded the University a ‘B' grade.

Fill out the application form and send it to the University's main office along with the necessary attachments.

Important Dates of IASE 2022:

Deadline for Ph.D. form submission	15^th May, 2022
Entrance Exam for Ph.D. (Online)	24^th June, 2022

Eligibility Criteria of IASE:

Most of its courses, such as B.E. / B.Tech, B.Ed., and M.Ed., require candidates to pass the relevant entrance tests. Admission to the B.E. / B.Tech program requires RPET certification. The PTET and PMET credentials are required for both the B.Ed. and M.Ed. degrees. Candidates for the Ph.D. programme must also pass the State Entrance Exam. Candidates seeking admission to any of the courses will be chosen based on merit/entry.

Ques 1. When was IASE founded?
Ans. IASE was founded in 2002 in Rajasthan, India, and is supported by Gandhi Vidya Mandir (GVM).

Ques 2. Is a B.A degree from IASE Rajasthan University acceptable for government jobs?
Ans. Degree and diploma programmes offered by IASE are considered similar to those offered by any other acknowledged university; thus, candidates holding a degree/diploma awarded by the Institute of Advanced Studies in Education are accepted by both the state and central governments of India.
The institute is accredited by the Government of India, the Ministry of Human Resources, and the University Grants Commission.

Ques 3. Which courses does IASE provide?
Ans. IASE offers 18 courses in three tracks: BTech, B.Ed., MEd, MA, MSc, and PhD.

Ques 4. Does IASE offer scholarships?
Ans. The University awards scholarships to deserving students who receive first and second place in their academic courses. The University also assists a weaker student whose parental income is insufficient to cover tuition or other fees. Candidates from SC/ST and other Backward Castes are also eligible for scholarships from the University. The University offers merit-based scholarships. The primary goal of a scholarship is to provide a chance for a student with exceptional talent.

Ans. Yes, the University provides students with seat reservations in accordance with government regulations.

Ques 6: How do I apply for an IASE University distant learning program?
Ans: Candidates may apply for any program online by submitting a completely filled admission form to the Directorate of Distance Education. There is a INR 550 application fee.
