Admission

Follow the given below the online and offline admission procedure for the DR. SN Medical College (DSNMC):-

  • Four Recent scanned photograph (size between 10KB to 100KB)
  • Scanned Signature (size between 3KB to 20KB)
  • Allotment letter and Rank letter
  • Caste and Domicile certificate
  • Migration Certificate
  • PH certificate (if required)
  • Transfer Certificate 
  • Character Certificate
  • One self-attested photocopy of ID proof

 

Online Mode

  • Steps 1 - Registration 
    • Go to the website of DR. SN Medical College and fill in the registration form
  • Steps 2 - Form Filling
    • Now begin and fill up the DSNMC application form with all the required credentials like academic and personal details.
  • Steps 3 – Upload Documents
    • Now upload all the required details in the DR. SN Medical College admission registration form
  • Steps 4 – Fee
    • Now you have to pay the DR. SN Medical College application fee of INR 1400/- for UR / OBC candidates and INR 750/- for SC / ST and PWD candidates via online mode by using Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net-Banking along with the admission fee of INR 100/- (required to be paid at the college office).
    • After that submit the DR. SN Medical College and save the duly filled application form for future reference.
