Introduction

Utkal University Bhubaneswar is a public state university that was founded in 1943. It has received a ‘A+' rating from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The university was ranked 96th in the NIRF University Ranking 2020. With a campus that spans 399.9 acres,

The Utkal University Directorate of Distance & Continuing Education (DDCE) was established in 1962 with the goal of delivering high-quality education to a wide number of working and adult students. Utkal University Directorate of Distance & Continuing Education is a UGC Recognized State University.

On the University Campus, a number of PG Departments and other institutions have been developed. Under the purview of the University, there are around 300 general associated colleges. The University is governed by 15 autonomous colleges. It has 27 constituent PG Departments, 2 constituent Law Colleges, a Directorate of Distance and Continuing Education, and a number of centres such as School of Women's Studies, Population Studies, Social Exclusion Ambedkar Study, and Inclusive Policy Study, a Pre-School, an Academic Staff College, and a High School, among others. The University provides a variety of self-financed courses.

Candidates' marks in OJEE and CAT/MAT are taken into account for admission to B.Pharma & M.Pharma and M.B.A. Agribusiness programmes. In addition, the university holds an entrance test for admission to M.J.M.C., M.Sc., and integrated programmes. Only candidates who fulfil the university's eligibility standards are eligible for admission to the university's courses. Steps to Apply for the Online Test?

Visit the DDCE Utkal University's official website. Click on the Apply Online button.
Fill the details as required and upload the necessary papers.
The payment must then be made using the payment gateway.
You will be assigned a time slot to take the online test at DDCE.
The results will also be made available on the same day.
After passing the DDCE entrance exam, the student will be called in for an interview.

Eligibility Criteria Of Utkal University

All applications should be submitted online. For B.A. Hons, MA, B.Com, MSW, M.Com programmes is on a first-come, first-served basis. For PG Diploma courses, it is determined by an online test administered by the Institute DDCE. For BBA, MBA, IMBA and MCA programs, it is based on an online test administered by the school, as well as a personal interview.
