Introduction

The Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded (SRTMUN) was established in 1994. It is located in the state of Maharashtra. The University serves the southern Marathwada region of Maharashtra, including four districts: Parbhani, Latur, Nanded and Hingoli. This institution received UGC 2(f) and 12(B) recognition, as well as recognition, name, and fame at the state, national, and worldwide levels for academic, research, innovation, and extension activities.

Since its inception, SRTM University has provided facilities for its external students. These foreign students were unable to enrol in regular courses for a variety of reasons. These pupils, who enrolled externally, were in charge of their own learning. As a result, in order to improve the quality of their education and reach out to a broader section of society, such as working service class, house wives, working women, educationally backward students with aspirations for higher education, the university, aiming for social inclusion, has proposed a Centre for Distance Education.

SRTMU, Nanded made the decision to build a CDE (Distance Education Center) and in 2009, a Centre for Distance Education was established in the University's administrative building. The university relocated private students of UG and PG courses to this centre by resolution of the Management Council.

DDE NANDED is accredited by NAAC A and authorised by UGC, DEB. The university provides undergraduate, graduate, and research programmes, as well as a variety of diploma and certification programmes. DDE NANDED offers a variety of facilities such as Wi-Fi, a seminar room, a conference hall and canteen etc.

All interested and qualified applicants can apply for SRTMUN Distance Education by obtaining the Application Form from the official website, filling out the form, and submitting it to the designated study locations.

SRTMUN Eligibility Criteria

Admission to all UG courses is merit-based in the most recent qualifying examination. However, for several programmes such as B.Pharm, MBA, MCA, M.Sc, M.Ed, and M.P.Ed, the institution recognises a valid MAH CET score. The institution allows admission to M.Phil and Ph.D. programmes through an entrance test for each subject offered. In the table below, you can find a list of courses and their eligibility.

For MBA	Admission is based on MHT-CET merit, followed by counselling.

	For M.Sc/ M.Ed/ M.P.Ed programmes, selection is done based on CET performance.
	For MCA, its based on performance in the MAH-MCA-CET.
	For MA/ M.Com/ MSW/ M.Li.I.Sc/ M.Voc is based on academic merit.
	CAP is used to determine admission to M.Pharm programmes at SRTMUN.
For M.Phil	Post graduation in relevant field with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST).
For M.Phil	Admission is based on the Merit in M.Phil Entrance Test
For Ph.D	Post graduation in relevant field with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST).
For Ph.D	Admission is based on the Merit in PET and interview.

Ans. The following is the cost structure for undergraduate courses like BBA, BA, B.Com:

Eligibility Fees (for 1^st year only):	INR110

Exam Fee (Per Semester):	INR 295
Study Centre Fee:	INR 600 (BA/B.com), INR 800 (BBA)

Ques. What is the return policy in the event that a student wishes to withdraw from SRTMUN?
Ans. According to SRTMUN's refund policy, if students withdraw their admission, a 10% deduction will be made, and the rest cost will be refunded up to the spot admittance. Fees will not be refunded under any circumstances after spot admission.

Ques. What are the most popular SRTMUN courses?
Ans. MBA, M.Phil, and MSW are among the most popular courses offered at SRTMUN. Admission to the M.Phil programme is offered on the basis of the University's entrance test.
