Admission

The OSOU application procedure is completed online via the University's official website. To apply for any of the programmes, eligible applicants must complete an application form. Graduation is required to apply for Postgraduate courses like M.Com., M.A., PG Diploma and M.Sc. programmes. 10+2 is required for diploma and certificate programmes. All selections are made depending on the score in the last qualifying exam and merit.

Steps to Apply:

  • Go to the website of Odisha State Open University (OSOU).
  • Click the Admissions tab and initiate the registration process.
  • Log in if already registered, or create an account on the website.
  • Complete the application form with the details as required.
  • Upload the mandatory documents.
  • Pay the application fee online using debit card, net-banking, credit card, etc.
  • Submit the form, and
  • Print a copy of the completed application and keep it for future use.

Eligibility Criteria Of Odisha State Open university (OSOU DE): 

Courses Eligibility
B.A. / BBA / B.Com.  10+2 or similar in relevant stream
B.Sc. / BCA 10+2 or similar in relevant stream with at least 45% marks
M.A. / M.Com. Graduation or similar in relevant field
M.Sc. Graduation in relevant field and 10+2 with science stream
Diploma 10+2 or similar in relevant field
PG Diploma Graduation or similar in relevant field
