Introduction

National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur was established in the year 1986 as Regional Engineering College at Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh. It has been ranked 60th position by NIRF in 2019. Edu Rand has ranked the college in 30th position in the year 2015. This institute offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in basic and technical fields to the students. This is a fully central government-funded institution. It has a very friendly atmosphere for the student's learning. The faculties are highly trained and experienced.
