  • Original mark sheet of (KMAT/CMAT/MAT/PGCET/CAT) entrance exam along with 4 copies
  • Transfer certificate

  • Migration certificate 
  • Class 10, 12 and graduation mark sheet
  • Caste certificate 
  • Income certificate
  • 4 passport size photo
  • Blood group report
