Admission

Follow the given online procedure for the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore:-

Documents Required:

  • Mark sheet and passing certificate of both the 10 and 12th standard
  • Transfer certificate
  • Character certificate
  • Migration certificate
  • Caste certificate
  • Passport size photo
  • Aadhar card
  • Graduation degree
  • Income Certificate

 

Online Method of Registration 

  • The applicants who want to take admission need to visit the official website of the institute. 
  • After visiting the official website they need to go to the admission section where they can click on the “Application form”
  • Here, you will be asked to click on the link for an undergraduate and postgraduate course.
  • The candidates need to click on apply and fill in all the required details including Email ID, application number, and captcha
  • The aspirants need to fill up the application form carefully with all the details mentioned on the form 
  • Now the candidate is asked to click on submit option
  • Here, the candidates need to pay the application fee via Net banking/ Credit card/ Debit card.
  • Now print out the application form for further reference

 

Eligibility Criteria:

Courses ELIGIBILITY
Undergraduate Course
B.Sc The candidate should be 12th passed out with a minimum of 60% aggregate mark along with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects from a recognized board
Postgraduate Course
M.Tech The candidate should be B.E/ B.Tech passed out with at least second class from a recognized university
M.Mgt
M.Des The candidate should be graduated in engineering/ technology stream with at least second class from a recognized institute
Integrated PhD (MSc + PhD) should be graduated in relevant stream with first class from a recognized institute
Integrated M.Tech and Ph.D should be graduated in relevant stream with at least second class from a recognized institute
