Introduction

Berhampur University is a public university in the Indian state of Odisha. The university grants commission has acknowledged this University and NAAC (National Assessment, and Accreditation Council) has given “A” grade to this university. Berhampur University Distance Education Centre, named after the late Raja Saheb Harihara Mardaraj of the erstwhile estate of Khallikote in the district of Ganjam, was founded in 1987. It was established with the goal of providing educational opportunities to those who are unable to attend regular classes due to financial or other constraints.

The Distance Education Centre now has 27 (twenty-seven) Undergraduate (B.Com, B.Sc., BA etc.) Postgraduate (M.Sc., M.Com., M.Ed., M.Tech., LLM etc.), Diplomas, PG Diplomas and Professional Courses to choose from. The candidates are chosen for admission to the MBA / MCA programme through an entrance exam administered by the Distance Education Centre.

Berhampur University Distance Education has three distinct aspects that includes the study materials which is always updated, and academic programmes are defined based on the streams, with a fixed exam schedule and fast results announcement.

Admission

Candidates may obtain their Application Form in pdf format from the official website. The Berhampur University Distance Education Application Form is available for download and printing for all interested and qualified candidates. Students can apply for admission to university courses (excluding MBA) in one of two ways: on-site admission or postal admission.

Steps to Apply for Spot/On-Site Admission:

Students must visit in person on the specified date for spot admission.
Must submit the duly filled-in application form to the university office upon completion and pay the fee as specified.
Also, submit the necessary documents at the time of admission for verification.

A new page containing the Application Form will display, and candidates may now download the Application Form in pdf format.
To fill out the application form, candidates must submit basic, educational, and contact information. The information provided by the applicants must be accurate and comprehensive in every way.
Submit the fee as specified.
Candidates must then mail the Application Form to the University's specified address to conclude the application process.

Berhampur University Eligibility Criteria:

The qualifying requirements for aspirants applying for admission to the institution are set by the administration.
