Results for the Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT), which took place on January 27, 28, and 29 of 2024, have been announced. To download the scorecard, visit the official website. For jobs involving data entry, IT operations, assistant grade 3, steno, shorthand, typing, and other related tasks in Madhya Pradesh government departments, businesses, and agencies, CPCT is required. The exam is conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Agency for Promotion of Information Technology.

In order to assess candidates' computer proficiency and other associated abilities for related positions in various government departments and agencies, the government of Madhya Pradesh has decided to hold the Computer Proficiency & Certification Test (CPCT) throughout the state.

To ensure a fair and transparent evaluation of candidates, the CPCT standardizes the assessment of computer proficiency for a variety of recruitment roles in state government organizations. The goal of the computer-based examination system, or CPCT, is to evaluate the skill sets needed for regular employment in a range of government positions. It would be mandatory for candidates pursuing government jobs to take the CPCT Assessment and receive their score card. Recruiters in the government sector will use this scorecard to assess a candidate's keyboarding and computer proficiency as well as related abilities. CPCT Scorecard is valid for 07 years from the date of exam.

The Computer Proficiency & Certification Test (CPCT) has been recognised by the Government of MP by its order C 3 – 15/ 2014/1/3 dated 26 February 2015 for all such positions in various Government departments where typing proficiency and working knowledge of computers are basic requirements. To receive their score card, candidates for these government jobs must attend CPCT.
