Introduction

National Institute of Technology, Meghalaya was founded in the year 2010 at Shillong, Meghalaya. It is a completely central government-controlled and funded institution. It has been ranked 67th position by NIRF in the year 2019 and 99th position by Edu Rand in the year 2015. This institute is termed as an institute of national importance. This college offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral degrees to the students in technical and basic disciples. The faculties of the institution are highly qualified and experienced in their respective disciples. The institute also provides all the necessities to the students like a library, laboratories, and many more

Scholarship 1 – B.Tech Merit Scholarship
- This scholarship is offered to the students who have secured 8.5 or above CGPA in the previous semester.
Scholarship 2 – Merit Cum Means Scholarship
- Only those students will get the scholarship whose annual family income is INR 4, 50,000 and must have scored a minimum CGPA of 7.5 or above.
Scholarship 3 – Chinese Government Scholarship
- This scholarship is offered to the students who have scored a minimum of 60% marks in the required qualifications.
Scholarship 4 – Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship
