Pharm.D The applicants must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with either Mathematics or Biology / D.Pharm
Pharm.D (Post Baccalaureate) The applicants should be B.Pharm passed out from an institute which is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India
B.Pharm The aspirants should be passed out 2 years P.U.C examination of Karnataka P.U.C Board with a minimum of 40% aggregate marks in any combination of P.C.M/ P.C.B/ P.C.M.B/ PC and computer sciences/ PC and Electronic
B.Pharm lateral entry The aspirants should be D.Pharm passed out with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from an institute approved by Pharmacy Council of India
M.Pharm The applicants should be graduated with B.Pharm degree examination of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
D.Pharm The aspirants should be passed out in any of the following exams with PCB subjects:
