Introduction

Jorhat Medical College is located in Jorhat in the State of Assam. The Institution was established in the year 2008. The College is affiliated to Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Guwahati. The courses offered are 5 years MBBS, 3 years MD General Medicine, MS General Surgery, MD Anaesthesiology, MD Pathology, MS Orthopaedics, MD Paediatrics, MS Obstetrics and Gynecology, MD Radio Diagnosis, MD Community Medicine, MD Microbiology, MD Pharmacology, MD Physiology, MS ENT, MD Biochemistry, MD Forensic Medicine and MS Anatomy. Facilities present are separate hostel for boys and girls, gym, library, sports, medical facilities and IT infrastructure.
