Introduction

Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University is India's first private-public women's university. The university was created by the Rajasthan state government through the Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University Act 2008 (Act No. 17 of 2008) under clause 2(f)(12 b) of the UGC Act, 1956. It is accredited by NAAC and acknowledged by UGC.

Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University provides various courses in both the languages, English and Hindi. The University also provides a number of Diploma programs with UG and PG combinations that range in length from 2 to 7 years.

University offers both regular and distance courses to its students. The institution provides around 120 programs in both Hindi and English. JV campus is a residential campus that offers students hostel accommodations. There are a total of 7 faculties/departments offering a wide range of courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

The University hosts a world-class seminar in which students could participate and learn new skills. The International Advisory Council is located on the university's campus. Smart Classrooms, which are equipped with current multimedia projects and developed using cutting-edge technology, are specifically designed for students. Every ward at a university hostel has its own phone, and physicians may call the applicants directly. In the hospital, the university provides a separate guest home for patients' families. The University's campus has World Class infrastructure.

  • Fill the details carefully and complete the application
  • Attach the necessary documents and make a payment for registration fees.
  • You can make the payment online by using debit card/credit card/netbanking.

  • Go to the website of JVUW and download the application form.
  • Complete the application form my providing all required information.
  • Attach the necessary documents and mail (Registered/Speed post) it to the university address along with the DD.
  • DD should be addressed to 'Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University'.
  • DD should be payable at Jaipur.

Ques 1. Does JVWU provide scholarship?
Ans. Students from several Indian states might receive financial support from the university. This demonstrates the University's commitment to ensuring that eligible students get financial assistance, when needed, in order to continue their studies. The university help all students in filling out the scholarship form and submitting it to the appropriate department based on their eligibility. The amount of the scholarship is distributed at the discretion of the concerned department or agency.

Ans. JVWU provides a diverse variety of undergraduate and graduate programmes for women in streams like management, science, mass communication, engineering, education, law, pharmacy, and hotel management, among others. It also provides AYUSH courses as well as a variety of integrated programmes such as BCA + MCA, BTech + MTech / MBA etc.
 

Ques 3. What documents are necessary for admission to Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University?
Ans. At the time of admission to JVWU, the following documents are required:

  • Mark sheets/ Passing certificates of Class 10th and 12th
  • Graduation or PG degree (depending on the course you are applying for)
  • Picture ID proof, scanned copy of photograph and signature are needed.

 

Ques 4. What is the JNEE entrance test format for admission to the M.Tech. programme at JVWU?
Ans. The admission exam will be conducted entirely in English and is only available online.
In the JNEE entrance test, there will be multiple choice questions (MCQs).
Every right answer will receive one mark, and there will be no negative grading.
 

Ques 5. What is the process for getting direct admission to JVWU?
Ans. JVWU doesn't offer direct admission. It doesn't have a management quota.
