Admission

Follow the given below online admission procedure for the Indian Institute of Technology - Banaras Hindu University:-

Required Documents:

  • Class 10th Mark sheet
  • Class 12th Mark sheet

Online Mode

  • Steps 1 - Registration 
    • Firstly go to the IIT - BHU website 
    • Now to the tab showing - “Apply Online” and click on it 
    • Now you will be redirected to a new page where you have to register yourself with the valid e-mail address and a password of eight-character length
  • Steps 2 - Form Filling
    • Now login with your registered e-mail ID and password
    • Now start filling all the details required like personal information and academic details
  • Steps 3 – Upload Documents
    • In this step you will have to upload the required scanned copy of photograph and signature in the Indian Institute of Technology Varanasi application form
  • Steps 4 – Fee
    • After that pay the Indian Institute of Technology Banaras Hindu University application fee (for General/OBC category is Rs. 500/- and for SC/ST category is Rs. 250/-) via online mode by using a Credit Card/ Debit Card or Net-Banking.
    • At last click on the option to submit the Indian Institute of Technology Varanasi application form 
    • After that also take a printout of the Indian Institute of Technology – BHU application form for the future use

Integrated M.Tech. – with a Minimum 60% aggregate marks complete and clear your class 10th and 12th from a recognized Board
B.Tech + M.Tech – with a Minimum 75% aggregate marks complete and clear your class 10th and 12th from a recognized Board

Indian Institute of Technology Varanasi PG Programs Eligibility Criteria:

M.Tech - with Minimum 60% aggregate marks or above complete and clear your B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized university 
M.Pharm.- complete and clear your B.Pharm or an equivalent degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university
M.Sc - complete and clear your B.Sc degree from a recognized university
