MTech: IIT offers M.Tech programs in three specializations, candidate who desires to apply for M.Tech has to clear graduation in BE or BTech as a basic criterion along with that candidate has to score 6.5 CGPA with GATE entrance exam
MSc: Candidate who wishes to apply for MSc has to clear BSc or equivalent degree with minimum 55% scores or 6 CGPA.
Ph.D.: Candidate has to clear master's degree in a relevant field with minimum 60% scores or 6.5 CGPA along with that candidate has to qualify GATE or CSIR NET, UGC NET JRF.
