Introduction

Government Polytechnic College, Alwar was founded in the year 1960 at Rajasthan. It is a Government aided institute that is controlled by BTE Rajasthan, DTE Rajasthan and Government of Rajasthan. The Institute is known to offer diploma courses in Civil engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering and Electronics engineering (from the year 1987) to the students. The college has an approval from AICTE for the courses it offers to the students. It aims at providing high class education to the students so that they become skilled and resourceful manpower in the near future fulfilling the demand of the then market.
