Admission

Follow the given online and offline procedure for the Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC), Chandigarh:-

Documents Required:

  • Mark sheet and passing certificate of both the 10 and 12th standard
  • Transfer certificate
  • Character certificate
  • Migration certificate
  • Caste certificate
  • Passport size photo
  • Aadhar card
  • Graduation degree
  • Income Certificate

 

Online Method of Registration:

  • The applicants who want to take admission to Chandigarh Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology need to visit the official website of the institute. 
  • After visiting the official website they need to go to the admission page where they can click on the “Application form”
  • Here, you will be asked to click on ‘fill the form – Link’
  • The aspirants need to fill up the application form carefully with all the details mentioned on the form 
  • Now the candidate is asked to click on submit option
  • Here, the candidates need to pay the application fee of Rs. 1,000 via Net banking/ Credit card/ Debit card.
  • Now print out the application form for further reference

 

Offline Method of Registration:

  • The candidate need to visit the college for collecting the application form
  • The applicants need to collect the form from the admission desk
  • Now you can start filling the application form with all the required credentials carefully
  • The candidate needs to attach all the required documents carefully with the application form
  • Now the candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs. 1,100 via Offline mode by Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Chitkara School of Mass Communication”.
  • At last, submit the hard copy of the duly filled application form via Speed post or registered postal address

Undergraduate
B.Tech The applicants should be 10+2 pass out with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and either Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science and Biotechnology along with a valid score and rank in JEE Main
BBA The applicants should be 12th passed out with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks from a recognized board
BCA
B.Sc The applicants should be 12th passed out from a recognized board
B.Com (Hons) The applicants should be 12th passed out with a minimum of 40% aggregate marks
Postgraduate
MBA The applicants should be graduated with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks along with a valid score in Punjab MET
MCA The applicants should be graduated from a recognised University or should have done PG Diploma
