Admission

Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology (CIPET) require students to give UPSEE entrance exam for giving admission to its Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma, PG Diploma and Doctoral  programs. Follow the given below online admission procedure for the UPSEE.

Required Documents

  • Class 10th Mark Sheet and Certificate
  • Class 12th Mark Sheet and Certificate
  • Graduation Mark sheet (for PG applicants)
  • Category Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC applicants only)
  • Character Certificate
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Migration Certificate
  • Sub Category Certificate (If required)
  • Domicile Certificate (If required)
  • Aadhar Card (If required)
  • Affidavit for Gap year (If required)
  • Students and Parents signature on anti-ragging Affidavits
  • Recent Passport-size photo

For UPSEE Entrance Exam

 

  • Steps 1 - Registration 
    • Go to the website of AKTU or UPSEE (Note - UPSEE exam application form can also be filled from the AKTU website)
  • Steps 2 - Form Filling
    • Start filling the UPSEE entrance exam application form with all the required details
  • Steps 3 – Upload Documents
    • Now upload all the required credentials in the UPSEE entrance exam application form
  • Steps 4 – Entrance exam Fee
    • Now you have to pay the UPSEE entrance test registration fee of INR 1200/- and INR 600/- for female candidates via online mode by using the debit card/credit card and net banking.
    • After that submit the UPSEE entrance exam application form and take a printout for the future reference  

 


 Eligibility Criteria:

Programs Offered Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech in Plastic Engineering Senior secondary class with PCM with a maximum age limit of 21 years with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) 
B.Tech in Manufacturing Technology Higher secondary class with PCM stream with a maximum age limit of 21 years
M.Tech in Plastic Engineering B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Production / Polymer / Plastics Engineering / Technology (or) M.Sc. in Polymer Science / Chemistry with polymer specialization. Candidate must have a minimum of 50% marks in the above-mentioned qualifications.
PG Diploma in Plastic Processing & Testing 3 year Graduation Degree in Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects.
Ph.D. Graduation in M.Tech in Plastic Engineering
Diploma in Plastic Technology Cleared class 10th Standard Pass with Math, Science and English as subjects
Diploma in Plastic Mould Technology Passed class 10th Standard with Math, Science and English as subjects
