Introduction

BSF polytechnic was established at Central School of Motor Transport (CSMT) for the children of BSF personnel as a welfare measure. The first academic session started from 1988-1989 under the affiliation of MP board of technical education, Bhopal. It offers diploma courses in Automobile engineering, Mechanical engineering and Civil engineering. The institute is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Viswavidyalaya and is approved by AICTE. It aims in imparting quality education to students thereby enhancing leadership qualities among them along with making them responsible human beings and committing towards the development of the nation. The T&P cell of the institute prepares students to be presentable to the recruiters. Many MNCs recruit students every year.
