Introduction

BMS College of Engineering is an engineering college located at Basavangudi, Bangalore, India. The college was established in the year 1946 as was the first private technical college in India. The college received its autonomous status in the year 2008. Even though it is a private college, the government of Karnataka partially provides funding to the college. BMS College of Engineering is accredited by AICTE, New Delhi and NAAC with A grade. The National Board of Accreditation (MBA) has accredited the college.
