B J MEDICAL COLLEGE (BJMC) is a premium medical institute located in Ahmedabad, India. The institute was established in the year 1871 making it one of the oldest medical institutes in India. It was in the year 1979 that the name of the institute was renamed after a prominent businessman Sir Byramjee Jeejebhoy, who donated a huge amount of money to the institute. It is affiliated to Gujarat University. The institute is considered among the top medical institutes in India. It has a history of excellence and success making it one of the most opted medical colleges in Gujarat.
