Introduction

AMK Technological Polytechnic College is located on Chennai-Bangalore highway in Poonamallee, Chennai. This is a government aided, AICTE approved college which was started during 1973-74. The courses offered by the Institute are Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Machine tool Maintenace & repair), Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Foundry), Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Automobile Engineering (SF), Mechanical Engineering (SF) and Civil Engineering. The facilities present in the college are well equipped laboratories, well-furnished classrooms, well facilitated workshops, Computer labs, train and bus concession and well experience teaching staff. The college provides advanced training in personality development and bridge courses for campus placement interviews.
