JNU Admission 2024: Registration window extended for UG, COP programmes

JNU Admission 2024: Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) will close the registration forms for admission to Undergraduate (UG) and Certificate of Proficiency (COP) programs tomorrow, August 14. All those who have not yet submitted their applications can do so at an earlier date. No applications will be considered after the closing date.  Previously, the last date for sending the application was August 12.

Also, those applicants who have made mistakes in their registration forms have the option to amend their applications. The patch window is open from today, August 13th to August 14th. Applicants can make corrections in their applications within the specified period.

Eligibility criteria for Bachelor and COP programs

Educational Qualification:

  • BA and BSc Programme: Candidates who have passed 12th class or equivalent examination from a recognized board with at least 45 percent marks. 

  • For COP programmes: Candidates should have secured minimum 45% marks in class 12. There are no viva examinations for BA, BSc or COP programmes. 

 

How to log in?

  • Visit the official website.

  • Select the application link

  • It will direct you to the online application

  • Now you need to click on the “registration” link.

  • Enter the application number, full name, gender and date of birth

  • Log in to the website and fill out the application form

  • Upload the file, pay the application fee and submit 

  • Print the application form for future reference 

  • Application fee

The application fee for the COP program is Rs.219 while it is Rs. 268 for undergraduate programs. Applicants must pay the registration fee before submitting their application.
