JEE Mains Exam Registration : Keep the Below Documents Ready

For students who are looking for admission into Indian Institutes of Information Technology and National Institutes of Technology as well as other Engineering Colleges, for Engineering Applicants the conducting authority National Testing Agency conducts the JEE (Joint Entrance Exam) while for Architecture & Planning candidates, this exam conducts two times in a year. The Registration for this test will start soon through the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.

Applicants should download the information from the official website and don’t need to forget the eligibility criteria before applying for the JEE Mains Exam 2022.

As per the authority i.e. JEE Mains 2022 information bulletin, below are the documents required to complete the registration process:

  • Clear Passport Size Photograph
  • Signature
  • PWD Certificate (if required)
  • Category Certificate (if required)
  • Valid ID Proof
  • High School and Intermediate Mark Sheets

Exam Pattern of JEE Mains
As per the last year’s JEE Mains exam pattern, the
JEE Mains 2022 exam paper should contain Objective Type Questions (MCQs) and numerical questions. For every correct answer, four marks will be awarded for each incorrect answer while one mark will be awarded for the wrong answer. The JEE Mains total marks for last year were 300.
The B-Planning and BArch paper will be held for MCQs and numerical questions. The BArch paper or paper 2A of JEE Mains contains sections including Drawing, Aptitude Test, and Mathematics. The B-Planning paper or Paper 2B of JEE Mains exam will comprise Planning based questions, Aptitude tests, and Mathematics.

Eligibility Criteria of JEE Mains 
Candidates can check the below eligibility criteria. It is important applicants need to verify as well as ensure their eligibility criteria for the JEE Mains Exam 2022 before to fill their application form. Applicants who don’t meet the eligibility criteria may be rejected.

Nationality Criteria
Indian Applicants PIO/ OCI/ Foreign nationals can apply for the IIT JEE Mains exam 2022

Age Limit Criteria
There are no particular age limit criteria that have been decided to appear for the JEE Mains exam

Academic Criteria
Applicants should need to complete the 10th and 12th class exams or any equivalent exam.
Applicants who took the Intermediate exam in 2016 but didn’t pass the exam then can’t apply for the exam.

Total number of attempts
There is no total number of attempts that have been decided by the authority.
