India Post Recruitment 2024: The India Post has released the 2nd merit list for GDS Recruitment 2024 for various circles. Registered candidates must note that India Post GDS Merit List has not yet been released for Haryana and J&K Circles. After release, they can check India Post GDS 2nd Merit List 2024 on the official website. 

According to the published notification, the India Post results of Haryana and J&K were not published as the model code of conduct is in these states. "DS Online Membership Date July 2024: Electoral Roll I has been released for all constituencies (except Haryana and Jammu Kashmir as a model exercise for these states)," the reports stated.

India Post Recruitment is underway to fill 44,228 Gram Dak Sevak (GDS) vacancies in 23 circles nationwide. Shortlisted candidates will be published as Gramin Dak Sevaks (Branch Postmaster (BPM)/Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM)/Dak Sevaks).

How to Check India Post GDS 2nd Merit List 2024?

Candidates must visit the official website to check the GDS India Post Second Merit List. They can go through the steps to know how to check the list of Indian posts:

  • Visit the official website: indiapostgdsonline.gov.in
  • Click on the link "GDS Online Entry Programme, July 2024: Shortlisted Candidates List I".
  • Now click on the respective status circle
  • Select the district and the list of GDS India will appear on the screen
  • Download and print it for future use

Earlier, India Post released the first merit list. All the shortlisted candidates had to obtain the required documents by 3rd September. For those who have made it to the second India Post merit list, the last date for document verification is 6th September 2024.
