Delhi University is about to release the spot allocation list 2 by 5 pm on 02 Dec 2022. The DU Admission 2022 is open for its UG Admissions. Applicants can now check the results from the official website of Delhi University.
At 5 p.m. today, Delhi University will announce the list of applicants chosen in the second round of seat distribution for undergraduate programs. On the official websites, du.ac.in and admissions.uod.ac.in, candidates can verify their results.
After being shortlisted, candidates must accept their seats between 10 a.m. on December 3 and 4:59 p.m. on December 4.
Colleges will check applicants' documentation from 10 a.m. on December 3 through 4:59 p.m. on December 5. The deadline for making payments online is December 6 at 4:59 p.m.
The DU will also publish the third list of CW and KW quota seats on its official website along with the spot round-2 allocation list. According to the report, over 19,000 applicants competed for over 12,000 places in DU colleges in the second round of UG admissions. On Monday, the university released a list of open positions for the second round of the CSAS, and hopefuls had until Wednesday to submit their applications.
Candidates should be aware that they must accept the seats offered from December 3 through December 4 till 5 p.m. if they have been shortlisted in the DU UG Admission spot round 2 lists. The deadline for making an online entrance payment is December 6.
In a specific round of spot admission, the seats assigned to shortlisted applicants would be final. Therefore, individuals who want to move forward should be aware that they cannot upgrade their seats in Spot Round 2.
All currently accepted candidates will have their admissions frozen and cannot be upgraded. The official statement states that approved candidates would also not be permitted to revoke their admissions.
The letter reads, "It will be mandatory for the candidate to accept admission to the seat given in a spot round. The candidate will lose their eligibility for admission to UoD and will no longer be a part of CSAS if they do not accept the seat that has been assigned to them in the spot admission round.
Admissions for 79 programs at Delhi University are now taking place on almost 70000 seats. Three seat allocation lists and one spot admittance list have both been made public by the institution. Based on the results of the CUET, the DU merit list for 2022 is created.
