Admission

Follow the given below online as well as offline admission procedure for the Indian Institute of Technology Madras:-

  • Steps 1 - Registration

  • Steps 2 - Form Filling

  • Steps 3 – Upload Documents

B.Tech – You must have cleared class 10th and 12th in the PCM stream with 50% marks from a recognized Board
B.Tech + M.Tech – You must have cleared class 10th and 12th with 60% aggregate marks (55% aggregate marks for SC/ST/PWD category) from a recognized Board

Indian Institute of Technology Madras PG Programs Eligibility Criteria:

M.Tech - You must have done BE/B.Tech. with 60% or 6.5 CGPA from a recognized university 
M.Sc – You must have done B.Sc with 55% marks from a recognized university
MBA – You must have done graduation with 60% or 6.5 CGPA from a recognized university

Indian Institute of Technology Madras Ph.D. Programs Eligibility Criteria:

Ph.D. – You must have done M.E/ M.Tech or MD with 60% aggregate marks (55% aggregate marks for SC/ST/PWD category) from a recognized Board
